Agri-Mart, Steinbach, MB
This recent addition to the retail scene in Steinbach is located on Hwy 52 W on the same yard as the parent company, Sheridan Heuser Provis Swine Health Services. It will use the 3200 sq. ft. of retail and warehouse space to market a variety of animal health care products to South-east Manitoba farmers. The Agri-mart retailers are will open the store to the public shortly. The remaining work for spring includes paving the approach and parking spaces. |

Auto City Plaza, Phase Three Way Builders Ltd.
With the spaces in Phase One and Two fully occupied, Harry Peters decided the time was right to complete this strip mall. Three Way Builders had completed the first two phases in 2003 and was pleased to continue the project. The final phase provides 5,916 sq. ft of additional lease space; the first portion of this is already in the fit-up stage. |

West Hawk Campground Improvements
This project involves the complete demolition and removal of an existing washroom, and the construction of a new 1035 sq. ft. washroom and shower building at the West Hawk Lake Campground within the Whiteshell Provincial Park, Manitoba. The building sits on a raft foundation and is constructed mainly of non-combustible materials that include architectural concrete and architectural concrete masonry units. This seasonal-use building includes many design innovations including: solar energy collectors, waterless and low flow plumbing fixtures and Power Smart artificial lighting components. The space provides for women’s and men’s washroom and shower facilities, and incorporates barrier free access.

Green Valley School Addition
This 2500 sq. ft. addition is a single floor extension to the east classroom wing. The exterior is clad with bricks to match the existing building. After numerous years of teaching in portable huts, the teachers at Green Valley School are looking forward to the completion of these two classrooms.
