With the spaces in Phase One and Two fully occupied, Harry Peters decided the time was right to complete this strip mall. Three Way Builders had completed the first two phases in 2003 and was pleased to continue the project. The final phase provides 5,916 sq. ft of additional lease space; the first portion of this is already in the fit-up stage.
